Therapy
(EFIT • Coherence Therapy • IFS)

This creates the foundation for aligned change.
Co-Active Coaching
Certified through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), I bring more than a decade of coaching experience into this work.
Co-Active Coaching helps us look forward:
- clarifying your vision
- identifying possibilities
- experimenting with new roles or identities
- setting goals and gently building momentum
- living into the person you feel called to become
Where therapy helps you understand and integrate the emotional roots of your experience, coaching helps you put that insight into motion.
Together, these modalities help you not only make meaning of where you’ve been, but step intentionally into your future.
